Rejection, the thing that most of us are afraid of, the thing that prevents us from acting out to our full potential, the thing that makes us afraid to take that chance or to reach another level in our lives, some of us have become immune to the wrath of its sting, but as for the rest of us the sting lives on forever, we forget that we were rejected for a little while but only until that moment, that one day we are faced with something so great that our old friend, fear of being rejected, comes back into focus. We remember what it felt like, the pain, the agony, what we went through to try to get over the feeling, that we all know too well. It could be a passion, a dream or something as simple as asking someone out, many times it does not happen, not for us, not for the ones who have been rejected one too many times. Some may call us damaged or emotional scared, but we cant look at it as that. It may make it harder to live life to the fullest with the constant fear of being rejected, theirs that saying if at first you don’t succeed try try again well whoever came up with that saying most likely didn’t fear rejection at all, and i codon them for that but, its not as easy for all of us to just try try again, because after being rejected over and over again you began to lose all hope and all faith in completing the task at hand. We who are afraid of being rejected are just like anyone else but, i like to say we have a little extra piece of heart, and yeah we might get rejected one day but that extra heart is what keeps the faith, yeah we are fragile, and we might take less chances but when we do take that chance, that leap were gonna make sure it counts.
